Amazon
We partnered with Andean Bites from day one, shaping the brand concept, developing the formula around native Peruvian superfoods, and designing the packaging system. From there, we led the go-to-market strategy and launched the bars into independent natural grocery stores across New York City.

Go-to-Market
Amazon
Andes to Amazon took us into a new category: low-calorie superfruit jams powered by camu camu, with zero added sugar and full flavor. We led the formulation, branding, and packaging, and grew the line into Amazon. This project brought some of our biggest learnings in product development and go-to-market, especially around how to successfully launch in this competitive category.
